Refund & Exchange Policy – Zeal Biologicals
At Zeal Biologicals, we strive to deliver high-quality products. Please note that once products are delivered, returns are generally not accepted. However, exchanges are possible in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective or expired product
Exchanges are subject to product availability in our stock.
Conditions for Exchange
- All items for exchange must be unused, in original condition, and with all original labels and packaging intact. Products should not be broken or tampered with.
- Exchanges can be processed only if your address is serviceable by our logistics team.
- If your purchase included free gifts or offers, any exchange or refund may be adjusted according to the value of the free items, which must be returned along with the main product.
- If returning items via self-shipment, please pack them securely to prevent damage or loss. We recommend using a reliable courier service.
- Perishable goods (e.g., seeds, flowers) cannot be returned if the packet is opened or damaged.
- Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. Please contact customer care at 7893523557 to initiate.
- For product complaints, please provide an unboxing video of the package at +91-9618831791.
- Any issues with the delivered product must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
To process your return or exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send products back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Order Cancellations
Zeal Biologicals reserves the right to cancel orders, in whole or in part, due to:
- Product unavailability
- Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
- Logistical constraints
In such cases, prepaid orders will be refunded according to our Refund and Exchange Policy.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again to ensure the refund hasn’t been posted.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to reflect.
- Contact your bank, as some processing time may be required before the refund is posted.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Shipping & Returns
- To return a product, please send it to the address above.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
- Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
